At Didcot Cricket Club we want to ensure that the children involved in our coaching are receiving coaching which develops each and every child's skills in a fun environment.  We do this by ensuring that the coaching sessions are well structured and varied and that the lead coach responsible for an age group has completed and England & Wales Cricket Board coaching course.

In addition, all coaches and other adults used in the Junior Programme by the club have had a CRB check performed.  For further details see the Clubmark section.  We currently have the following ECB Coaches in the club
