Welfare
The Club has appointed Penny Latimer as the Junior Welfare Officer and David Pryor as the Deputy Welfare Officer. Their contact details are available on the notice board at the Club ground. The Club is working towards implementing the 'Safe Hands' standard on protecting children. Further details are at the ECB's website (click here) The Safe Hands policy also includes a summary directives for Junior Players. This summary document details the restrictions and guidance on bowling, fielding and wearing helmets for Under 18's in all cricket. Click here to view the summary. As part of the Safe Hands policies, Didcot CC have assessed all roles within the Club to see whether the post holder is required to have had a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.
